Their Adult Outpatient Service provides substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment for individuals living and working in the community. Admission to the Outpatient Recovery Service in Waterbury is designed to help when people are ready for care. They offer assessments daily using an Open Access walk-in model. No appointment is necessary, those in need may just walk in Monday through Friday from 12:00 – 3:00 pm. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides treatment services for those who struggle with co-occurring issues of substance abuse and mental health. It consists of 3 hours of treatment per day, up to 5 days per week, for individuals who require a concentrated treatment level. Their residential programs offer 24/7 support and supervision, with walk-in assessments daily in the outpatient clinic for all residential programs.
